Join the Trail – Become a StageCoach Playhouse Member

Our Western-themed memberships celebrate the spirit of adventure, community, and a little theatrical mischief. By becoming a StageCoach Playhouse monthly member, you help sustain creative theatre guidance for our students year-round – and earn special member perks along the way.

How the Trail Works

Member benefits are unlocked once your donations reach the equivalent of four monthly contributions at your chosen level. This ensures your support has a lasting impact and helps us plan responsibly for future productions and events.

Choose Your Trail Level

  • Trail Scout
    • $10-$19/month
    • Membership benefits after 4 months of monthly giving
  • Wagon Rider
    • $20-$29/month
    • Includes all Trail Scout perks, plus additional Wagon Rider benefits – unlocked after four months at this level
  • Higher monthly levels include all benefits from the levels below, unlocked after four months of giving at that level.

Benefit vouchers will be emailed once your membership level is reached.

Other Ways to Ride the Trail

  • Quarterly and annual recurring donations qualify once they equal four months of giving at your selected level.
  • Memberships begin at $120/year. Donations less than $120/year are gratefully accepted but will only get the member newsletter. You may upgrade your membership at any time.
  • One-time donations are deeply appreciated but do not include physical member benefits.

Trail Scouts commit to a $10 donation for a minimum of 4 months.

Benefits:

  • Branded battery-operated hand fan
  • Name listed on our website after 4 months of donations
  • Members-only quarterly newsletter
  • 10% off concessions

Wagon Riders commit to a $20 donation for a minimum of 4 months.

Benefits:

  • All Trail Scout benefits
  • Branded Playhouse mug (replaces hand fan)
  • One free concession voucher per show
  • Priority Access to Adult Workshops

StageCoach Patrons commit to a $30 donation for a minimum of 4 months.

Benefits:

  • All Wagon Rider benefits
  • Annual backstage tour
  • Early reserved seating access
  • Invitations to dress rehearsals for select performances

Frontier Benefactors commit to a $50 donation for a minimum of 4 months.

Benefits:

  • All StageCoach Patron benefits
  • Playhouse blanket (upgrade from the mug)
  • 10% off StageCoach Theatre tickets
  • 2 complimentary tickets for one performance
  • Meet-and-Greet with cast and/or director
  • Recognition in show programs, whether printed or virtual

Gold Rush Angels commit to a $100 donation for a minimum of 4 months.

Benefits:

  • All Frontier Benefactor benefits
  • Increase to 15% off StageCoach Theatre tickets
  • Increase to 3 complimentary tickets to a performance
  • Invitation to opening night receptions
  • Limited edition show poster or gift
  • Name on lobby donor wall

The Producer’s Posse commits to a $200 donation for a minimum of 4 months.

Benefits:

  • All Gold Rush Angel benefits
  • Increase to 4 complimentary tickets to a StageCoach Theatre show
  • VIP Seating for all productions
  • Name listed as the sponsor on one show

Member benefits are provided in recognition of sustained support and are issued after the equivalent of four monthly contributions at the selected membership level.
